So recently me and my Advanced English II class started reasing Antigone. I don't like it. One bit. These Greek/Roman stories always confuse me with the way they talk. I normally just talk to Samantha and end up finding out what happens later on as I read. She's there to help. I read and read and read, and yet I still don't get the basis of this story. I only understand that some guy named Polyneices is dead and that the evil king Creon will not allow to bury him because he does not favorite him. He favorite some other man named Eurocles. Antigone tries to bury Polyneices, which to me is really sweet. Creon had no right to throw her in jail. And because of that, Creons son killed himself.
Creon is dumb. Really dumb. He brought all this upon himself and he does nothing to stop it until he goes to the prophet and such. I'm glad he has some sense knocked into him now.
